Wow

Interesting!
Really enjoyed the embedded time lapse video of building the show.

Having coordinated moving up to 20+ boats around, at one time, for moorage upgrades at our little YC, I am in awe of the massive work that goes into that mobilization of docks and display boats! :0
Would love to attend that particular show someday, but the distance and cost say 'no'.

Hi Guys, Finally a chance to meet my favorite Ericson people... anyplace where there is food and drink and my son and I will be there, we are avid Ericson Yacht followers.

I am going to jump in here. I am stopping at North Sails and Quantum Sails to make a final decision on purchasing a 135 Genoa for Discovery. After spending all that money, I am going to Hendricks gin tasting barge to lubricate my wallet. Then it is off to the S/V Delos seminar.

What are your plans?

There's a where, now for a when.

Btw - Bacon will give a 20% show discount now, AND that gets your order near the front of the que.

New E-27 Owners possibly in

Hello all,

We are three weeks into ownership of a 1978 E-27 and would love to meet some of the regional Ericson community.

We are already feeling the financial burn on various enhancements .. so the recovery session sounds good here also.

We live on the Eastern Shore and Pamaya will be off the Chester River at Lankford Creek for the winter at least. Let us know where and when the final meetup settles and we will try to make it.

Welcome Stuart,

If you have to time, it looks like a few of us will be at the Annapolis Sailboat show. A few of us will be there Saturday.

While I am totally open to other ideas how about 1pm Saturday at the south end if Tent A?

It's a slightly quieter location because it's not a main walkway and on Saturday there will be little chance of finding something not crowded wherever there is eating, drinking, or restrooms.

Annapolis boat show meet up

Hello all fellow Ericson boat show attendees. It looks like Evelyn and I will make it over to the show for a bit tomorrow .

We will look forward the meeting those who make it.

I'm only on the hunt for one small piece of Hardware since we are sort of maxed out on upgrades for Pamaya over the past few weeks.

So, hopefully lunch and drinks will be my major expense of the day.

The show is flooded more than ever which makes the meeting place a main walking path. The photo is of the far/ north end of Tent A, NOT the south end where we are meeting.

Don't want to change the location to initially meet since it's guaranteed that somebody won't get the message. I figure that if we hang there till nobody else is showing then wer could move to a less busy place.

The GPS Store in Tent B has radios on sale. I got a Standard Horizon 6000 with AIS for $380 then went to the Standard Horizon both in Tent A and picked up a $40 rebate for total cost of $340.

Because of how crowded it will be tomorrow, outside of the tent entrance is the Honda generator display. Just to be more specific, let's meet in front of it. We then could have the option to move behind the neighboring Yamaha display or go into the Boaters Bar and Grill.

Every show entry is now flooded so people are taking their shoes off to get in. Don't know if it will be this way tomorrow so am sharing what you may arrive to. Fortunately the weather has been beautiful.
