Thanks, yes - the 5411 only has 2 nuts, and is raw water cooled. I will continue the tapping - I started doing that (no movement), but was worried that the flange studs could get bent (that was why I wanted to see if I can get them out first). Thanks Alex

Hi everyone; E28+ (first season that I have the boat) here with the 5411 direct raw water cooled. Engine runs fine, but cold; turns out that the previous owner had completely closed (shut off valve) the return and so the thermostat was never recirculating to get the temp up. Engine temps were...
