Only above waterline to deck not deck or bottom. Already had bottom paint which was reasonable but upper area is in need.

Jerry, Thank you so much for that - it makes perfect sense the way it is stopping suddenly I.e. Not pinching. When they were unstepping and stepping the mast that screw may have come loose. I am going up the mast tomorrow to inspect it and I will be sure to look for that. Thanks again!

I elected to do it the old fashioned way - orbital sander medium grit down to bare wood, then hand sand with the grain and a fine grit finish. Then tack cloth and teak oil. Wish I would have taken before and after pics.... they look like new boards now!
