Absolutely. About eight years ago. Now I scrub it clean every spring and add a new coat using a sponge.

It goes on easy. The best part is you just wipe on a new coat every year. No "wax on, wax off".

Bruce, I wax the cabin top, cockpit and some of the deck. Most people don't believe me, but I use Zep Wet look floor wax. For instructions, Google RedMax Pro. That product is obsolete, so we all moved to Zep Wet Look and it works just fine. Paul

Ive seen a whole lot of very good old boats scrapped simply because the crew put too much tension on the back stay and broke the mast. The cost of a new mast isn't justified.

I'd like to replace all my original Ericson lamp lenses. There are two types. One has a small plastic screw that holds it in place. The other is square and snaps in place. My lamps are installed over the galley and the opposite side of the companion way. Can anyone help me out?
