  • I own web Chile’s old 37 that he named Egregious. I have lived on her for 25 years in BC Canada. I just rebuilt the decks and put new aluminum beams in her. She stills goes fast and is quite an amazing boat , and, I had some trouble fixing the CRACK that haunted him all the way around the world. In the process of replacing the beams I wondered, again, at the cables that connect the beams, by way of red electrical, solid, copper wires to bronze posts through the hull , below the waterline.

By the way, I love the boat, it really sails great. I hope you and your family have found what you were looking for

    Ted,
this is Carlo, I bought Escape Plan, do you remember me ? I have one question for you, I have tried to connect the bimini with the dodger, but I have not been able to figure out how to do it. I found in the boat an extension to the bimini ( aft ), but even installing that, It does not look like I can connect the bimini to the dodger.
Can you help me here, is it possible to connect them, or should I have some piece done to join them ?
    Carlo
