Keel profiles of 26-2

Anyone have a link or info on the keel profile for the shoal draft vs wing on the 26-2? I'm curious if it's the same keel with wings added as are some boats. Thanks!

My boat was originally a wing keel that I converted to a deeper than standard fin 5'-6"draft. The shape is the same to the wing as fin , I have the plywood templates that I made to fair keel. I also have plug that I had cast for the keel shoe. I did this in 1994 and zero issues. It turns the upwind performance up from a 4 to a 8.5 . was worth the effort.

FYI, The E26-2 200 series boats (1984-1986/7) have the keel lead inside the molded hull/keel skin like earlier Ericsons (E27, E29, E32-2, E35-2, etc.)
Since the E26-2 is a modified E25+ designed in 1978 (hull is the same) this makes sense. The E26-2 300 series boats (s/n starts ERY263###) from 1986/7 have a bolted on lead keel. I always assumed Ericson changed the keel design to accommodate a wing keel shoal version which became all the rage after AUSTRALIA II won the America's Cup in 1983. Might have just been cheaper to build also. There were other changes between the 200 and 300 series E26-2 as well.

My 1984 E26-2 #215 was the shoal fin version. Stability and upwind pointing didn't seem any worse than my fin E23, but I never compared to the deeper standard fin to see what I was giving away in performance. I suspect the wing would be worse upwind and down to either of the fins.
