Wow, that's really pristine compared to the abandoned water-damaged E-25+ our club auctioned off a while back... for $100.

It's hard to tell much about the boat from those pictures--especially the interior that's stuffed with junk. There's a chance it might be a decent boat.

Looks like somebody lived aboard till they died, were evicted, or thrown in jail. I'd talk to the neighbors on the dock to learn as much as possible.

And having one (nearly) I totally agree with the old adage that the most expensive boat is a free one.

My boat is berthed close to this one, so if any of you from outside the area are interested and want me to take a look at it and report back with my amateur's opinion let me know. I think most us of have taken long drives to look at boats that turned out to be not as advertised.
