Boat is currently in the water and ready to sail.

Solid hull, no blisters, excellent shape.
New bottom paint 09.
New boot stripe painted in 09.
New zincs in 09.

Atomic 4 inboard engine, tuned up and runs great.
Two recent marine batteries
Solar Panel with regulator 07.
New running lights 07.

New AM/FM/CD with speakers 07.
VHF
New Cowls for air intake and bilge fan exhaust 09.
Tiller Pilot (auto pilot)
New Jabsco head and sanitation hoses.
Bronze seacocks
Interior is in nice shape, cushions, fabric, brightwork all good.
Sleeps five.
Rebuild kit for alcohol stove needs install.
Automatic Bilge Pump (07) + spare
Shore power, electrical cable, battery charger.

150 Genoa (inspected, shaped, restitched, uv cover, '08 at Ullman Sails Virginia) very good.
