Nice Ericson 27 for sale.
Boat is currently out of water in Deltaville.
Solid hull, no blisters, excellent shape.
New bottom paint will be applied in Feb.
New boot stripe painted in Feb.
New zincs in Feb.
Boat scheduled to go back into water on 3/1/08.

I've had nothing but fun with this boat. It draws 3'11" so I can go to a lot of great places. I'm only selling this little beauty because I'll be away from the Chesapeake for the next four summers and I don't want it to just sit around.
