Like AK67 said. With out some good pictures its hard to even give away a good FREE sailboat! You must remove all personal gear from pictures especially the cute lil doggy. I love dogs, but dogs on boats and i immediately think of scratched up floors, gelcoat and the like. Then the dog dander allergies of many and shedded hair kills sale. The dog taking a dump on foredeck staining gelcoat or heaven forbid on pee pads spread all over the sole. Im not saying your pup did this, its just what ive seen and experienced. I got a old pal who inherited a couple million and bought a lovely pristine Lagoon 380 less than 10 years old. Stored indoors and sailed on fresh water. Yeah crazy but true. Whats he do? First time we pull up to fuel pump to fill both tanks for spotless Pentas. He sees a mangy feral cat drinking from a mud puddle and living under fuel dock. He thinks the poor cat is miserable. Spends all day calling out "here kitty kity" its a wild cat i say to him. I say flush the mangy out from under dock and ill catch it in a fish net for you. Be probes under dock and out comes wild cat. I slam net over cat and its goes nutz. Of coarse it does this cause its not tame. I cover it with towel and it settels down.
He runs off to get kitty kennel and treats litter box and self inflating life jacket plus a water activated mob epirb for kittens. He spends next week taming kittens. Gets it to where he stick finger in cage and give treats with out losing finger. Brand new lagoon starts smelling line cat box. Got kittens acclimated to being locked inside cabin. Boy oh slide open patio door and wow stinking bad. So him and kittens live on hook for a couple years. Kittens ruins entire catamaran. Sharpens claws on custom window shades and custom spanish split leather upholstery, sprays all over custom mattresses. Needless to say his $900,000 catamaran is now listed for $175,000! Nobody wants it. Kittens ruined it. I got lots of stories!
Ill pass around your info but damn insurance is major issue now a days. Old age of the "fleet" is another problem.

Looks nice!

It seems strange there's no interest -- out here (SF Bay) it is normal to pay for your own inspection anyway. Unsure why you don't have more interest.

If anyone is looking, I'll repeat that my 34-2 is a real joy to sail, even in wind as low as 5 kts (my lower limit for winter sailing). Even with the shoal keel (which I have), it's done fine to 30+ kts too, properly reefed (as in, continuing sailing for fun, not running for home.)

No regrets about the boat, and I paid a good bit more for mine.
Where is it that’s exactly what I am looking for! Alex Mccarthney 570-872-3790

Here are a few more pictures of the interior. Despite the incredibly discounted price, I'm still having people who want to "Look a gift horse in the mouth". If we have to pay for the summer season, the price will go back up. $5,000 ends in ten days.
As I've said; we hate to let go, but since we don't have the time to enjoy it much, we'd like to have it go to someone who has the time.

Oh that’s SF bay. I’m looking for a 34-2 Sheol or wing on the East coast

The sails are in decent shape, but I'd recommend new ones for any blue water sailing. We bought this in 2019 and as far as I can tell, the main sail is the original. The foresail is was used replacement that we added in 2020. We only sail the area near the Tappan Zee, on the Hudson - so the sails are fine for that purpose.
The only reason we're offering it at this price is that life got tough and we can't afford to keep paying the annual club and storage fees. Otherwise, we LOVE it and would want to keep it. When we bought it, it had a lot of issues, but all minor 'scratch and dent' issues since everything on it appears to be original parts. The stove looks to have never been used and we removed the propane tank, when we noticed the 6/89 date on it. We removed the head and replaced it with the Airhead - so there's no odor, and by removing the holding tank there's a lot of extra storage in the starboard lazarette.
The halyards looked like the originals. I replaced the Main, and made new ones for the foresails that just need to be installed. I'll have to dig up the pics and get them posted.
