32-3 Brochure?

When I first joined just before I adopted Aylwin, I downloaded a 32-3 sales brochure from the resources section of the old site. I’m sure of it because I have one of the printed pages still, but can’t find the other and want to reconstruct the trifold to put on board for an upcoming “boat show”. But as I work through that section now, I find everything BUT a 32-3. Can anyone help me find/resurrect the file?

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what a brand new E32-3 cost to purchase with 1980‘s dollars? I’ve been asked this question before and hadn’t a clue.

I seem to recall a price tag of about $29k (1980’s dollars) someplace but not sure.

1980's is a long span of time, in years / portion of a decade. I would guess that it was much closer to 50 or 60K, ready to minimally sail. I know that our '88 boat, a bit more in displacement and with a lot less woodwork inside, did sell for 90K in late 1988. Original buyer checked 'bout all the option boxes, tho. Base price was over 60K for an O-34. Or thereabouts. Your Ericson was definitely not 'built down to a price'. :)

Jeff & Donna, E35-3 purchased 7/21
In a past life Donna and her then partner purchased a new 1987 E28+ for $53,000. That included 2 sails with upgrades of a roller furling jib, curtains, and cockpit cushions. She has a phenomenal memory.

Someone (maybe @Kenneth K ?) had a copy of an invoice from a 32-3. I thought I snagged a copy of it but can't find it.

I did find the standard list-price sheet from 1976, though...

Found it! Looks like base-price was around $65k in 1985

...and... as a random reference, I bought my first home - in Irvine - for $180k in 1986. According to Zillow, that house is now worth $1.8M, 10x what I paid back then. So, back of the envelope math says my 1985 Ericson should now be worth about $650k! bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!
