It is. And a summer boat, no doubt, given a lake in central Canada. But attention has lagged, and that's inevitable but too bad.

We must know when it's time to sell our boats, bite the bullet, and make it happen. Not easy.

The exterior woodwork has weathered from being stored for the last three years. As this is all solid mahogany and teak, it can be easily refreshed to a show condition if desired. The topsides are painted white, and are due to be refinished.

I ended up purchasing this boat. A lot of work done to start pulling the exterior back into shape, but the boat genuinely seems to be in great shape. Limited time on the water (so far) shows her to be a great sailor. Wondering if anyone knows how to contact anyone related to Bruce King's business. I'd love to get the plans, but only have low res pdfs for now. Appreciate any contact info or guidance.

I have done very little, just refreshed the outside, but the inside is a testament to previous owners and the outside being so "refreshable" a testament to the builder. I've only managed to sail her 5 or 6 times so far and a lot of that was working out the intricacies of a cutter (took me a while to figure out how to best broad reach with two headsails). Best sail so far was a broad reach with the two foresails in and an asym flying. Hit about 6 knots in only 9-10 knots of windspeed. Also have had a few really great tacks cloes-hauled with both jibs set hard and the boat trucking upwind.
