Built my own sliding hatch. Opinions?

All the seams are TIG welded with copper rod, and the few places that fittings are installed I use a silver/copper solder and TIG that too.

Everything is made to be safe for consumption, even stills that are built just for fuel. Just because someone orders it for fuel doesn't mean that years down the road someone won't try and use it for something else, and we can't have it be unsafe for that.

I've always wondered how to plot the shape of a cone on a 2D surface with two given radii and an overall height. I made a flashing on a friends boat and it took up much more materials than it should have.
