Cleanup up Spreaders

My spreaders have always had a layer of gunk on them and yesterday we finally got to clean them (I didn’t go aloft but a friend did). The spreaders are in really good condition with exception of the boots at the end which need to be replaced and taped. Also next trip up the VHF antenna needs to be replaced. My friend the rigger was impressed that the spreaders had the “correct” plastic washers on the bolts. The boat is almost 40 years old, so someone must of done this along the way.
