Curiosity--Year of this "Ericson 38" (Ericson 35-1?)

If has a raised coach roof and a huge bowsprit. Was this factory option at any time?

Just curious. The year of manufacture isn't listed. And the photos actually look spectacular (or were they taken in 1976).

The ten foot beam could make it a (modified) E-35-2.
Whatever it is, it is not a 38.
It would be real interesting to see it up close.
On further thought, it may be an Ericson 35-1.
