Engine mounting---order of nuts and washers

Well, I am in the throws of replacing my M25 with a new Beta 25. Everything is ready for it to be mounted, but I forgot the order of which nuts and washers go where. More specifically, does the split lock washer go on the stud underneath the engine foot plate, or above it. I am not at the boat, but I believe each stud has a nut, one flat washer, one split lockwasher, and a nyloc locking nut. I believe it should be, from the bottom up--
nut, engine foot plate, flat washer, split lock washer, nyloc nut. Just not sure! And if that is the correct order, my second question: would it be a good or bad idea to add a flat washer between the lower nut and the engine foot plate?
