What does it say about my current life that I come back at least once a day hoping to see the pictures?

I see lots of interest in your platform...but I'm most interested in the ladder! My 35 is a "mark 1" version but I'm sure I could either make this fit somewhere (even if a side?) or modify it to fit my 35-1. I'm in AZ, zip 86018, if you'd be willing to ship this far.

Thanks, Ross - Ericson 35-1, "Zephyr"

Let me see if I have a box and work up the shipping cost Ross. I've been at the boat so sorry about slow reply. Doug

Hi Ross. I can find a box and ship the ladder to Arizona. If you pay $25 toward shipping I will pay the rest. The quote from Pirate Ship to your Zip Code is $65.65. The top mounting bar does swivel so I don't think the angle of the transom per se would be a problem. The stand-off legs are about 8" down from the mounting, so that too seems okay. The only issue I see is below that, where because of the 35-3 reverse transom, this ladders next to last step starts a bend to go straight down into the water. That bend happens about 30" down from where the ladder is mounted at the top... The side might work better. Doug

Thanks Doug...this sounds great. I'll take it. I'm new here on the forum, but I presume I can send you my phone number via a message. I'll give that a go right now.

Finally some photos of the platform. Bought it from a Company in Barrie Ontario Stainless Outfitters. Five years ago it was $1695 (usd) https://stainlessoutfitters.com/ (John). Sturdy as all get out (Heavy Duty) Ladder with padded rungs telescopes from under,
It's a very nicely detailed design, Doug. I'll bet it adds valuable functionality.
I'm always torn on things like this, davits, biminis, etc. They add real usefulness, but to my eye they clutter up the visuals of the boat.
Just as a unit, though, this is very nice.

Thanks, sir...I did figure that out (I was looking for "message") and I'm in touch with the seller. BTW, I recognize your name as I recently bought your book and have been binge watching your videos. Nice to see you here and I thank you for your work on this forum and elsewhere.
