Final sail of a great first season of ownership

Just want to thank everyone on this site for all the advice, assistance and well wishes extended to us during our first year as Ericson owners. One of the most welcoming and helpful places on the web. Sails come down and winterization begins today, but our final sail yesterday couldn’t have been a more perfect way to cap the season. 75 degrees, 15-24 knot winds, and nearly 25 nautical miles on Nov. 5 in and around NYC and NJ. Already looking forward to Spring.

Yeah, I have a pretty good playground around here. Keeps me on my toes though, dodging all the barges, tankers, cruise ships, pleasure boats, sight seeing yachts and ferries. So...many...ferries travel between the boroughs and NJ.

I'll bet all that traffic is really 'interesting' at night.
