I've been trying to call for over three weeks now--the phone rings a few times and then hangs up. I have also e-mailed, but to no avail. Are they still operating?

Chris, I just got off the phone with Sheila at Ronco Plastics who told me that they were closed for a week over the Holiday and that their outgoing message said as much.
