Looking into an E 35

I am new to this list and Ericsons in particular. I have always liked seeing the boats out on San Francisco Bay. I have just been on my Cal 29. I am looking to live aboard. I am simplifying life. I would love some advice on these boats. There are 4 on the dock I have my Cal on but have not gotten to speak to the owners yet. I love the lines and seems like plenty of room for me. Is it unrealistic to find one in decent shape for around 20ish thousand?

There is/was an Ericson 35-2 for sale in Santa Cruz for I think $22000. The name of the boat Easy Passage. I did a quick search on Craigslist and found nothing. I'll try to remember to get a contact number for you. Easy Passage has always been a beautifully maintained boat.
