Luff Groove size for Harken Furler E 38-200

Anyone know the size of the luff groove on one of these? I am at work doing what I do best, cruising the internet looking at boat related stuff and I dont know the size. Guess I'll look at harken's site. I am looking at some used sails at www.baconsails.com and wonder if they will fit in my luff foil.

Luff groove size

The luff groove size for my Harken Unit 1 is #6. I think it's the same for the larger units but check with Harken to be sure.

I have a unit 2 but you are probably correct in the size asssumption. Any idea how big a #6 is? Ie 3/16, 7/32, 1/4?

size matters

I believe the "code" is the number of 32nds - so a size '5' is 5/32" and a size '6' is 6/32", which we all know is the same as 3/16".

Luff tape

It was either 32nds or mm (I always thought is was MM), but either way, Any Haken system that would fit a b oat like yours will take #6 tape- FOR SURE
