Mast Head Leak

The mast head of my "88 E34. And I wonder why my mast leaks!!

This is the first time I've tried to attach a picture, so if it dosen't come through I'll try again

I went up there once, didn't like it. Attached a new VHF antenna. I am 185 lbs, so I leave that work to my 130 lb rigger. Hope you got the holes filled.

That is not me at the mast head. I’m more in the 240 weight class I sent one of my minions up to reconnoiter the mast head for the installation of a wind machine. A few years back I had a lighting strike that vaporized the masthead instruments. I suspect the two taped holes are the original anchor light and I guess when they ran the cables for the TV and VHF someone forgot to bring up the silicone caulk. I’ve had a lot of water come down the mast which I always ascribed to the sail track etc., etc. These holes at masthead are most likely 60% of it
