New Table Pedestal for Cabin

How hard is it to push down? Could my 67 year old, 5' 2", wife do it?
Thanks,
Frank
According to the description on the ReParadise site, the lift force is 40 lbs. I don’t know how strong your wife is but I’m guessing that she weighs more then 40 lbs. My 71 year old body had no trouble in pushing it down. After it’s down lower to the sole it’s also possible to sit on the table, reach under and lock the clamps.

Bob, it looks like its been about a year since you posted about your new table pedestal. How is it holding up after that time. Still easy to operate. Still sturdy? Does it wobble any or much when all the way up? Decent leg clearnce when seated?
Would you do it again?
Thanks
