NO connection with the seller, and the ad looks quite similar to an ad I recall seeing on the 'net several years ago. Perhaps it is for sale again; some folks change boats often.
The photos are good to d/l for anyone fixing up a sister ship, however. Lots of details to study. Note that the main cabin four large Lewmar ports are nothing like the EY version Lexan fixed portlights,
Not 100% sure, but I believe this was the last one built, and it was finished out by a buyer in Portland who acquired the boat from the Ericson closure/auction, and trucked it up here to finish.
All ancient history now.
