Hello all,
A rare opportunity has presented itself and I have purchased a very nice 1978 Fisher 37 (Pilot house with aft cabin,) and am now living aboard!
I’m very sad to have to sell my Ericson 25+, although it’s too much work and money for me to keep both. She was my first sailboat, and I’ve learned so much about her in the last couple of years. The folks on this forum are amazing and have really helped me get a grasp on what it all takes. Thank you all!!!
My E25+ has some unfinished projects. All black and fresh plumbing has been removed and cleaned up, ready for either a compost head or back to a tank setup. A lot of wiring was removed, and still needs to be replaced. The sails and rigging are older, although still ok.
I’ve done a lot upgrades, and she’s a very nice boat with lots of potential.
I’m in Crescent City, CA - a bit out there.
My main question is, what do I ask for her? I paid $6,200 , although maybe I paid too much.
