I amtrying to get a true rating for the E27.I have heard it s243 but that seems too low.
What is my rating for racing my E27?

In NE it is actually lower than that. With an inboard it is 231 and with an outboard is 225.

On the west coast 219-228 were the numbers-but either way, anything over 230 should be very fair!
There is one racing in Seattle "Green Card"(you can see his boat with an A-sail on the front page of this site)-Nigel Barron is the owner, and I think he rates 240 ish (but may have declared non-overlapping headsails), but he can give you the most accurate info..I think he is very competitive at that number
