The track cleat on the port side of my E29 broke. Any suggestions on where I can find a new(ish) one of these babies?

Here’s what I wound up with. I remember there were two sizes and the larger one was the one that fit. They go on sale from time to time.

Same. It's a really beautiful and solid piece of steel. I bought one to replace a broken original cleat, then decided I needed to match it on the other side. E29 probably needs the smaller one (6-1/2"?) to fit the rail width.

I think mine came from Defender as well. At that time there were two brands available one in composite plastic and one in stainless. The plastic ones, though cheaper, were too thick to fit on the track. The stainless ones fit well.
