O34 Epoxy Filled: coring cut back

Here is one of the the cabin top vent cut outs with the epoxy filler in place where the coring was cut back a half inch. Note that the fastener holes were over drilled and filled also.
(The actual procedure for "drilling and filling" was laid out in page two of the previous blog entry.)

The just-filled fastener holes have all been ground off flat with a DA sander.
Later the new Vent-O-Mate was fitted and securing holes drilled - Port and Starb - on the housetop.
Visible in picture #2 are the new holes, thru the new epoxy, for the clutches and the winch base (partly under the parked drill).
