One of the odd things about how our purchase went through, was, as stated in part 1, the fact that we had our sea trial after closing the deal with a small escrow put away for the aw crap moments. However, with this came the ultimatum that if we didn't splash and trial before May 31st, the escrow went to the seller with no deductions.
