E32-3 Running Rigging Redux

Spent most of last season finishing up my running rigging re-do that I started the season prior.

Reasons for the re-do:
1. Some of the hardware had leaks and needed rebedding anyway.
2. Existing winch placement didn't allow for a full swing of the winch handle with dodger up (both port and stbd).
3. Teak winch bases were cracked and deteriorating.
4. Original Schaefer rope clutch (port) was worn out.
5. Only had capacity for 3 port and 2 stbd lines, with no line clutch to stbd.

Original winch placement:

Removed & re-gelcoated (gelcoat hired out):

New winch bases poured, painted & installed:

Nearly finished project (with new Garhauer rope clutches):

(still have to add horn cleats and mount clam-cleat & fairlead for mainsheet).

Old & new mid-deck:

Also added a spinnaker pole track to the mast, rebuilt the in-boom single-line reefing (first reef), added a reef downhaul (second reef), replaced some boom sheaves, and repainted the lower mast.

XenForo tells me I've reached my photo limit.
