In a mad rush to get prep done before heading out to boat in two weeks. New hatches were on the to do list. These are made with scrap hardwood flooring, hinges and pistons from Amazon and some lexan someone left under my boat at the boat yard (thank you whoever you are).
Laminated them in 4/5 oz fiberglass cloth to give them some protection from mechanical damage. Solid and give us some options on how we get air flow through the boat. (they look nicer too)
Happy with the end product, still going to put on one more coat of thinned resin.
