Pretty boat!

Your AC unit and refrigerator look like unusually sophisticated improvements to a 27. I suspect if you close up the hatch the AC will cool down that small space quickly. Did you fabricate a special exit tube companionway slider for your hot air output?

Can't take credit for the AC. When I bought it in 2016 there was a young man who did not sail basically living onboard. He ran the hot air return right under the champion-way. Convent location but not where I would have put it. Im in Pensacola where we have extreme humidity so the the A/C does an ok job in Jul-Oct. The frig worked out pretty good. The cabinets had already been ripped out and there where some plastic Wal-Mart dorm type shelfs in there so I shimmed and insulated it on the sides and then made a wood retaining bulkhead. Thanks for the comments.
