I have been pricing sails too for my e-27 and so far sail warehouse has beat everyone to include lee. I have been told the quality is good and the owner backs his product as far as I know they have all new sails and if someone had a return the sail is marked down.

Mike, I like your set up, did you use T track and cut away the triangle sides. I was thinking of doing this just didn't know if it would effect the strenth of the boom. If you could send some more info on it.

I have an outhaul that's less than pratical to me, likes to bind and was wondering if anyone has an upgrade that has worked well. I do have a loose foot main.

I realy like the teak with the stainless trim. I know a guy who did this with his Bristol 40 on a budget he found a yard with a rotting out cris craft who sold the stainless for $50 looks so nice.

THe way it was explained to me is that with a loose foot you have only 2 stress points that are reinforced as to many diff spots that are not that can distort fabric weave over time. I personally like the loose foot on my e-27 seems easier to trim than being locked in much easier to adjust...
