I just got my renewal from Geico, increased from 1K to 1.6K, agreed value reduced from 30k to 27K. No claims record. Boat Us/Geico. Unacceptable but others are worst!

My engine has a tag or seal that has not been broken. does it mean the engine has never been open? What is it for. Many thanks

I found these liquid which looks like fuel under the engine. As i said, i assume is diesel but could not trace any leak. Maybe comes from the little hose?any suggestions whe could come from? I chech the filter etc. The obvious places but no luck. Many thanks!

I have my hull cleaned every month by a diver. Do i need to have the hull painted with antifouling or any other paint? is it worth having it cleaned every mont or better paint and clean every six months. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. The boat is in Naples/Marco Island Florida.
