Grew up sailing Sea Shells (like a Sabot or El Toro) then Lasers, crewing on various bigger racers like J boats and CF37s in Santa Barbara, California (though technically a San Francisco native), quit sailing for far too long and then realized the error of my ways (pesky savings account, sitting there mocking me... well, no matter, sailing is clearly in my blood... can't be helped...) I like outdoor activities - hiking, camping, cycling, diving and snorkeling, but especially sailing and being on/in/near the water in general.
