I have a 1983 35' Ericson I bought in 1983 new. My motor, universal 5424 (kubota D-1101) is the 1982 model. Looks like the back two motor mounts attached the the bell housing directly. Can not find info on the older model that was changed the next year. Anyone know about this?? Hilco Woudstra

Can anyone confirm for me that the raised flange that the hatch mounting trim ring screws into does not have a wooden core material. I am assuming this area was built without the core material. I am planning to rebed my forward hatch and need to know if I have to epoxy plug the screw holes...

There is a few inches difference in length between the inline lower, and the aft. lower? I removed them from the mast with out marking them. I think the shorter one is the aft lower. I am not thrilled with the idear of stepping the mast to correct the problem. Thanks much
