    Mid Atlantic get ready!!! Storm

    I just left Mathews Co. Va. @1145 hrs and this storm is not to be taken lightly. Docks at the marina are underwater, water with whitecaps almost into the marina (Deltaville area), wind is howling. Tree are uprooted and there are plenty of homes without power. Sheets of rain coming down and...

    Is there any interest from the mid Atlantic Ericson group to rendezvous some time during the summer (2006)? I would be happy to organize the weekend. We would decide on a convenient location based on the number of responses and your home ports.

    I am considering taking my boat to a yard in New York, but am not at all familiar with the geography of the Great Lakes region, so my question: Is there a way to take a boat with 50' mast height out of Lake Ontario to the Atlantic without going through the St. Lawrence? Gareth Freyja E35...
