I just returned from having the boat I was under contract for surveyed. It's an Ericson 28 from 1988.
Everything came back as expected, I think. The surveyor says that it's in quite good shape for its age, but needs the usual upgrades in wiring, plumbing and eventually standing and running...

Help please...I am retro fitting a 1985 E28+ and discovered Lewmar does not make or offer the rear cabin port's anymore.....Our old ones leaked bad and are
not re buildable...so, I am seeking a port & stbd rear, main cabin set of ports...anyone, anyone, anyone ? a BIG thanx for any help ...
My E28 is still kind of new to me, so I still have a lot to learn about it.
A 1/2" plastic above the waterline on the starboard side thru-hull cracked off. I don't know that putting it back together the way I found it is the right way. The other plastic thru-hull is a 3/4".
