1971 Ericson 35 MK II

I’ve put a lot of work into this boat but am upgrading to a faster racing boat and need to free up my slip by Friday August 30th.

Solid hull, surveyed three years ago.

New standing rigging in 2023. Did lose a chainplate this season but rebedded and believe the rig is solid.

Original Westerbeke diesel, unknown hours, runs smoothly with rebuilt transmission, new fuel lines, new impeller.

2018 Pineapple sails including main and 155 jib, two spinnakers.

New windows 2022, rebuilt head 2022.

In water ready to sail away.

I originally listed this for $6 (which I think was very reasonable) but will take any reasonable offer or even consider donating to a good home. Would like to see her continue to sail.

Hi Chris, I mentioned this boat to a group of enthusiastic, young sailors here in Wisconsin, and they got really excited. I replied on Facebook, but I'm checking in here, too.

If you haven't found a new owner yet, let me know. (I'd call, but it might be too late in the evening.) We do have a friend in Hartford who I believed has raced with you before. She's agreed to check out the boat for us, and maybe arrange winter storage, so we can bring it to Milwaukee in spring.
