1975 Ericson 25 for sale

In Jacksonville Florida. The swing keel has fallen off. The boat is in great shape and I am currently resurfacing all of the interior wood. I have had such a hard time finding a keel replacement that I am just ready to sell and save up to get a sailboat that is 100% READY TO GO. I am asking 2700 and am willing to negotiate a bit if the pricing is fair and worth taking. I have done extensive clean up on this boat.
