I am selling my Boat “Amazing Grace” because sadly, we don't use her as much. I think sail boats are supposed to be in the water, playing with waves and wind. She’s is very well kept at a marina with monthly hull clean and maintenance. I run the engine and clean her every two weeks min. I purchased the boat in Ohio, she was owned by a couple who kept her in the Erie Lake. She was a fresh water lady until I purchased her in 2022 and brought her to South florida. I replaced some of the rigging. In 2023 I bought new sails and a 14000 BTU AC which works fine for the heat of the Gulf of America. The engine is the original engine which works fine. I keep her up to date in every need she has. The head is very clean as we dont use it. It is only my wife and I because my kids and grown ups and they love sailing as I do. I am gathering photos and documents and a video which I will post shortly. The price is 35K. We develop this love relationship with sailboats and I want to find he a good family, the she does what she was build for, Sail!!!!
