The zippers on my 35-3 don't provide access to the area below the dorade box. I had to pull the trim and staples holding the headliner up in the head. It's not a difficult task, but it is kind of unnerving. There's also a bulkhead separating the head from the vbirth you will have to work around. There's a few blogs and posts showing how this is done and what it looks like under there.
