I just sailed by the Amerigo Vespucci in L A harbor. If you're within a hundred miles, come see it. I'd add a photo , but my camera decided to die.

Exactly. Except I saw her at sunset, completely covered in strings of waving flags from the bowsprit over the masts and a massive Italian flag
flying proudly above the deck at the stern. Fireworks were booming, visitors on the deck were beaming, and I shouted "Patria e Onore" the motto of the Italian navy and received waves in return. It was one of the most beautiful things i've ever seen made by man.
