Anybody in Newport Beach, CA willing to do a favor?

I'm in Oregon and I am trying to buy a windlass from an antique shop in Newport Beach but they don't take credit cards or Paypal. I was hoping to send the money via Paypal to somebody local who could pick the windlass up for me and drop it off at the UPS store that is down the street from the shop. I can arrange for the UPS store to package and ship it with my credit card.

Any takers?
