While sailing around on Tuesday I noticed that the view of Two Harbors was being affected by a Fata Morgana. I saw this type of mirage a few years ago, a spectacular display of shifting mountains and islands in the sky. This time I had a camera that could zoom in enough to capture a few images from a distance. I wish I had been sailing to the island that day, it would have been quite a show.
