I realize we lean into the DIY aspect around here, but as a birthday and early Mother's Day gift to my wife, who is still rehabbing from a fractured arm and shoulder suffered while biking on Chappaquiddick last August (we should've just stayed on the boat in Edgartown harbor), I ponied up to have the local pros wash, compound and wax "Radiance" this spring. Now, I've been generally pleased with the results I achieve when doing that job, but man, I have to admit these guys brought out a cleanliness and shine that I have previously failed to unearth. They even made my weather-beaten pedestal look like new. Afraid I've set a new standard that will be measured against in the future.
