Ericson Wikipedia page - added "Number Built" column

With the help of @KenM (many thanks!), I believe we now have the total number of Ericson 35-3s produced (284). See https://ericsonyachts.org/ie/threads/how-many-ericson-35-3s-built.19599/ for the details.

I added a "Number Built" column to the models table under the Ericson Wikipedia page, so that similar data can be populated for other models. I believe I have seen some relevant threads on this topic here. There also seems to be some other information missing from the table as well. You can find the table at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ericson_Yachts#Models.

Thanks!
Dave

Looks like the info on the 26 is pretty goofed up.

There are definitely omissions and errors. I didn't author the page - I just added the one column to the table. Perhaps we can help set the record straight. Anyone can update the page and make corrections. Ericsonyachts.org is already referenced.

Thanks!
Dave

Certainly didn't mean to imply it was you! :egrin: Just thought it was funny.

I wonder how we could find out how many E26-2 were produced? All those records were lost, weren't they? I'm pretty sure it was 1984-1989. Before '84, it was the 25+; the old E26 was a Crealock. Not many of us around here to help set the record on it.

@KS Dave , :egrin:. Love the avatar BTW - Wacky Races was one of my favorites!

Perhaps we can find the highest hull numbers of each model in this community and enter '#+' into the table until that last hull is definitively found. In the case of the Ericson 35-3, that was helped by an ad promoting a boat as the last hull made. Perhaps there are other examples like that.

Indeed, sir!

Great idea! So far, I've seen #377 on a 1988 E26. I sent an email on a listing for a 1989 to find out his hull number. He'll be disappointed, I'm sure, that I don't want to buy it.

I have E30-2 (30 II) Hull number 1, which was built in 1978, while the table lists 1977 as the start of the class.
