For the hose, it depends on what you think needs to be removed. If there is mineral buildup, some choice of acid should work: vinegar, CLR, or stronger. Otherwise, just liberal flushing with water. If odor is the motivating issue, the only solution is replacement of the hoses. Over time, certain components of the waste seep through the walls of the hose, and there is no way to reverse that.
If the head bowl is traditional vitreous china, it can be cleaned with any common bowl cleaner, or scoured as needed. Gentler, non-abrasive methods are better, in order not to roughen the slick surface, which would make future cleaning even more difficult.
