We are replacing all our hatches and portlights and our shipwright has had an order into Lewmar for their Atlantic portlights and hatches since June. He has been working with Fisheries Supply but it seems that Lewmar is not shipping. He has no idea why. Maybe tariffs!! So he is reaching out to West Marine to see if they can find any available in the U.S. Any other reputable suppliers?
Meanwhile, we are approaching rainy season in the Pacific NW and we would love to get them delivered and installed asap. Our shipwright asked if we would consider Bomar as a substitute. I'd really appreciate any thoughts you may be willing to share on the quality of Bomar vs Lewmar. Or if you have a secret source of Lewmar Atlantic hatches and portlights where we could get them delivered to Portland, OR in the near future!
