I went to the full yacht world listing for more pictures. It looks well kept. No interior discoloration of paneling. However getting a surveyor to inspect it, all I can say is nice looking.
Atomic four, good engine, but may also be 40 years old, with no pix. That needs someone on site to inspect, and take it through its paces.
Condition of the rigging, both standing and running ?
